KINO 14 IS DEAD - LONG LIVE KINO 15!

Kino London returned to Vibe Live on Thursday 18th Feb for another amazing night of popcorn, bagels, live music (courtesy of the awesome Victoria & Jacob) and short film fun.

Thank you to all of you who braved the rain to join us - it was great to see so many new faces in the audience and first-time Kino screeners - keep those films coming!

Who screened at Kino 14?

Felix Gonzales - Reclaim Power
Marcel Garbi - The Spooky Healing
Kamal Juggernauth - The Projectionist
Oliver Smyth - Super Goths
Samuel Hilton - Kerry's Millimetres
Nicholas Martin - Anti-thixotropic
Charles Lai - The Pains of Being Pure at Heart
'This Love is Fucking Right'

Richard Green - Eksil
David Symington - Beloved
Mark Withers - Perfume
Vahid A. Goossun - DD Dansen

Some of our famous challenge films were also handed out (three, voluntarily!):

Laura Kloss is to make a documentary and then fictionalise it.
Feliz Gonzalez is to make a film forwards, to be screened backwards.
Michael Pierce must make a film in real time, and that time is between 2:57 and 3:01 am.
Vahid Goossun will make a film with 7 shots, each 30seconds long.

We look forward to seeing the results - at next Kino if you can make it!
